My name is Ian Parry and I sell photographic prints from photo’s I have taken.
I have been a photographer from year dot, my father gave me a basic camera when I was 11, now 44, I have been a professional for 25 years now and have spent most of my life earning a living shooting interior features for interior magazines. Fed up with being told what to shoot I have gone back to taking photographs for me.
So I have gone full circle and am now taking photographs for fun rather than commission.
My inspiration is light and playing with it , I used to do a lot of caving , one of my shots is in my Etsy Shop . In this medium you have to create the light as there is none underground so I have learnt to look for unusual lighting.
Hopefully this comes through my work.
