Etsy puts in functioning The Cooperative Advertising Pilot Program.
In an effort to help support the artists, they are exploring a program that gives Etsy Sellers a chance to show off their work in a variety of magazine advertisements offered at subsidized, cooperative rates.
Print advertising can be very expensive, and much more for the artist who wants to advertise his products individually.Etsy will have to be selective about which magazines are chosen. This is where the subsidy comes in because they will pay for half of each ad.
