My name is Jenny Pong and I am from Malaysia.

• What is the name of your Shop?

My Etsy Shop is called jpbeads

• Please describe your creative process

Beading is an art which allows me to explore the use of different materials in creating unique pieces of beadwork. The process of making every piece is a highly creative and satisfying way to add a special distinctiveness and finishing touches to my everyday life. I have always been inspired by the different colour, patterns and textures that beads can create.

• Where do your ideas come from?

My objective is to make simple but elegant jewellery and accessories that you can wear season after season.Most jpbeads pieces are exclusive, one-of-the-kind designs, otherwise they are limited editions of about 3 sets per design/colour only. Ultimately, my aim is to create gorgeous jewellery and accessories that give you great satisfaction and make you feel really special in the knowledge that no one else has the exact same piece. =D
I use only the best materials such as gemstones, czech glass beads, miyuki japanese seed beads, genuine swarovski, fresh water pearls and more.

• How did you get into your craft?

How I got involved in beading is really nothing to shout about, it is the journey that I took ever since I got involved and addicted to beads that changes me!! =D I have only started selling at etsy abt 3 months back after being introduced to this fantastic site by a friend who is already selling her handmade jewelry here. I started a blogshop to promote my sale at etsy and hoping that ppl can easily find me. (I am new to blogging too but here is my blog). Being new to all these, there are many rooms for me to improve and to explore… I do hope to be featured in more blogs and sites, that way I can be mapped out…
I hope to share my love for handmade jewelry to the world… =D
