Part DIY paradise, part community, part funky online magazine, Cut out and Keep is an online treasure trove!  Whenever I visit, I feel like I am at a busy carnival, so much to look at and see and do!
For me, the first obvious feature is the do-it-yourself, step-by-step instructions on everything from ruler wristbands to delicious desserts and everything in between.
